Allstate
In my most recent full-time role, I led consumer-facing content at Allstate Identity Protection, an Allstate subsidiary that helps more than five million customers combat identity theft.
My work helped reduce call volume at our call centers, boost engagement with our members, and provide strategic differentiators that moved the needle for our sales team.
Elder Fraud Center // I was the creative lead for the launch of the Elder Fraud Center, an educational hub designed to help older adults and their loved ones stay a step ahead of identity theft.
Staying Safe Roadmap // I also led creative for this five-step interactive tool designed to help families navigate the possibility of elder fraud with prevention in mind.
Content Hub // I conceptualized, assigned, and edited educational and SEO articles for the Allstate Identity Protection blog, and wrote many articles myself, including this one.
Security Pro // I oversaw the content for this email program, which uses internal data and demographics to alert customers about identity threats and fraud trends that may impact them.
Allstate mobile app // I handled content for UX flows and digital ads related to Allstate Identity Protection.
This is the hero area of the Elder Fraud Center at launch. The site was designed as an educational tool for current and prospective members.
The Staying Safe Roadmap offers families a five-step play to stay ahead of elder fraud. It showcases the knowledge of in-house experts, who are on call 24/7 to help members if identity theft occurs.
The Staying Safe Roadmap is designed for both older adults and their families. Content is strategically tailored to both audiences throughout.
The tool includes conversation starters for bringing up the concept of elder fraud, which can be a sensitive topic. It goes on to provide an online security checklist, and scripts for what to say in the moment if you think you're being scammed.

A dedicated blog helps older adults and families stay updated on common fraud types and how to avoid them.
